Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Techniques: Learn the specific techniques of Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage, including the rhythmic, manual movements designed to stimulate the lymphatic system and promote detoxification.
Massage Techniques & Routines: Incorporate Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage into broader massage routines, enhancing overall client wellness and addressing specific concerns such as swelling, fluid retention, and cellulite.
Identifying and Applying Pressure Points: Develop skills to identify and apply pressure to key points on the body, maximizing the therapeutic benefits of lymphatic drainage.
Lymphatic System Anatomy: Study the anatomy of the lymphatic system in detail, understanding how to target key areas for drainage and improve the body's natural detoxification process.
Post-Treatment Care: Learn how to provide clients with post-treatment care advice to maintain and enhance the benefits of their lymphatic drainage sessions.
Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S): Learn essential OH&S practices to ensure a safe and professional environment for both you and your clients.

PREREQUISITES

Fundamentals of Massage Certificate / RPL

Certificate

You'll receive an Adelaide Beauty Academy certificate of completion upon successfully passing your final assessment.

On the day

Please wear black clothes, enclosed shoes and your hair up (if possible). You can bring lunch but most of our students go across the road to get lunch at Subway, Café Primo or Sushi Train.

Models

Model 1: 10:45am – 11:45am Demo Hot/Cold Stone Massage

Model 2: 12:30pm – 1:30pm (Cold Stone Massage)

Model 3: 1:45pm – 2:45pm (Hot Stone Massage)

If you are unable to provide your own models we can assist you, please provide at least one week's notice. We charge an additional fee of $30 per model if we source them for you, but there's no charge if you provide your own models.

Payment

All enrolments must be made online (click on the enrol button). Enrolments require a deposit to secure your seat. The remainder of the payment can be processed through card, cash or bank transfer. We also have Afterpay and Zippay.

Rescheduling

If you reschedule within 24hrs we can move you into the next available class at no cost, if this class date does not suit you and you require an alternative date, you will be charged an administration fee of $100.

After this course you'll be ready to provide massages professionally either from home or in a salon.

Do I need to supply anything on the day?

All products used on the day are supplied by us, we do ask students to bring in 4 hand towels & 16 large towels however if you you are unable to supply these we can.

Do I need to provide anything on the day?

All prducts required for the day are supplied by us. We do ask students to bring in their own towels if possible: 8 x Large Towels and 4 x Hand Towels. If you do not have access to towels, we can provide on the day.
